The kindergarten section of The Sanskaar Valley School presented its Sports Carnival for Aadhar on Friday, 20th August 2019 with the belief that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body.
The event kick-started with the passing of the ceremonial torch by the representatives of all the classes. The Director Ms Jyoti Agarwal, the Principal Ms Shiela Raghu and the Head of Aadhar Ms Neetu Singh addressed the parents and declared the Sports meet open. Children of Aadhar then took to the field in a jog where each class was led by an eminent Indian sports personality they could emulate.
The kids then moved towards individual class performances with Dance Aerobics by Aarambh and Neev I which was action-packed and energetic. Kids of Neev II gave a robust performance where they celebrated different games like soccer, badminton, wrestling, cricket etc. The presentation by the children of Nirmaan was a culmination of all the skills they learned throughout their years in Aadhar.
Sanskaar Valley School hosted its second Alumni Reunion on campus on December 21, 2019. It was an electrifying day with series of tournaments between Alumni and current students.
The day kicked off with Sanskaar winning the Boys Basket Ball match. Alumnae covered up by defeating Sanskaar girl's basket ball team. This was followed by a rocking Soccer match between Sanskaar Boys Vs Alumni where the school team stole the show.
Alumni then basked in the sun with relaxing live music, lavish spread and meeting and greeting old buddies and teachers! Alums travelled back in time enjoying their old school pictures and sharing their school memories. Alumni Reunion concluded with a memory group picture of 2019.
The Sanskaar Valley School witnessed its 9th Graduation Ceremony of 118 students of Grade XII on 24th December 2019. The elegant and tasteful service was held in the presence of our Director, Mrs. Jyoti Agarwal and the Senior Management Team, along with the teachers, the student fraternity and the proud parents of the outgoing batch of 2020.
A beautiful winter afternoon witnessed the enthusiastic yet nervous group of young boys and girls dressed in formal attire. The boys looked dignified in their maroon kurtas and the girls were graceful in their green sarees. They assembled for a group photograph along with the management and their teachers before moving to the auditorium.
The procession of the outgoing students was led by a flag march by the current Council Members to Umang, where the parents, teachers and the Grade XI students awaited their arrival. The teachers and Grade XI students welcomed them with a traditional tilak and flowers. This was followed by the lighting of the earthen diyas while Sanskrit shlokas played in the background.
The evening culminated with the singing of the National Anthem followed by high tea laid out in the Umang lawns.
The Graduation Ceremony holds a special significance not only for the outgoing batch of 2020, but for each and every member of the Sanskaar Valley family who has been an integral part of their journey in this esteemed institution.

This year the Annual Founder's Day of The Sanskaar Valley School, saw the students and teachers go above and beyond to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi in an exhibition organized by them. Aptly named 'In The Footsteps of The Mahatma', the exhibition strived to uphold the overarching tenets of Gandhian philosophy: community, service and national pride.
An environmental friendly production, this year's exhibition was entirely plastic free and made use of exclusively biodegradable or recycled materials. From the wheat glue used to bind the paper maché sculptures by the Art students to the sustainable model housing made by the Environmental Club, and the plastic free kitchen presented by the Youngchef Club, the students have led the way in paying tribute to both our Mahatma, and to the beauty and bounty of our natural heritage.
On 23rd and 24th November 2019, we celebrated our 13th Annual Founders Day- Sanskaarotsav 2019- a cultural extravaganza, which exults in the essence of The Sanskaar Valley School and rejoices in all that we stand for. It was a breathtakingly stunning blend of music, dance and drama that captivated all the spectators.
Achievements of the students in academic as well as co- curricular activities were celebrated with a formal Awards Ceremony, where students were lauded for their efforts and hard work as well as innate talent.
The Awards Ceremony in the morning and the Cultural Evening on 23rd November were graced by the presence of the remarkably talented and path breaking filmmaker Mr. Rajkumar Hirani and his wife Mrs. Manjeet Hirani, who is a senior commander and trainer with Air India and an achiever in her own right. Mr. Hirani regaled the parents and students with hilarious anecdotes from his life and inspired everyone to always follow their passion.
On the 7th of September, 2019, The Sanskaar Valley School witnessed an enriching cultural amalgamation when they hosted the Regional Round Square Conference. The Conference is spread over three days and the attendees consisted of students from schools like Trivandrum International of the South, to All Saints’ College of the North. Cutting across the country, were The Assam Valley School from the East to Mayo College and Dhirubai Ambani International School from the West.
The breezy ambience was the icing on the cake to the captivating beauty of the school, which enthralled the delegates during their campus tour. The highlights of the conference were Keynote Sessions with eminent personalities, Baraza Sessions, visit to Van Vihar followed by community service, Magic of Sound and an Indian Night themed dinner.
Infused with feelings of intense exuberance and joy, students of Grade II and III participated in the Annual Function - Euphoria 2019 celebrated on the 4th of October. It was a magnificent and exciting event where every child got a platform to showcase their individual talent and imbibe the virtues of teamwork, co-operation, discipline, accepting individual differences and overall personality development.
The students received an overwhelming response and appreciation from the audience for their spectacular performances.
On 5th October 2019, Prangan celebrated its Annual day with great enthusiasm and zeal. Euphoria 2019 – was a gala event, a delightful experience of perfection, precision, elegance and diligence on a single platform for the spectators. Grades IV and V participated wholeheartedly in making this event a grand success.
The overwhelming appreciation and resounding applause of the audience was a validation of the tireless dedication and hard work put in by the students.
