Strong partnerships between parents and teachers are central to every child's holistic development. On August 1, 2026, Aadhar will host the first Parent-Teacher Meeting of the 2026–27 academic session. The meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss each child's progress, exchange valuable insights, and strengthen the home-school partnership. Together, parents and teachers will chart the path for continued growth in academics and co-curricular pursuits. It reflects our shared commitment to nurturing confident, compassionate, and well-rounded learners.

Procedure for Admission to Classes II - XII

Admission to classes II to XII is dependent upon availability of vacancies.

Admission Counsellors will be happy to assist you!

Admission Counsellor stationed at the School Office will help you through the basic initiation process of filling up the Registration Form that is available round the year at the school premises and online on our website.
Admission formalities are conducted

Considering the vacancies available, an interaction with the Principal is succeeded with mandatory admission formalities.
Complete the admission process

Students and parents are intimated telephonically and/or through E-mail about admission. The process gets completed by depositing the admission fee within 5 days from the date of intimation by the School.

Four recent Colour Passport size photograph of the child (one of which needs to be pasted in the form) Proof of Residence (photocopy of Electoral Card/Passport/Driving License/Telephone Bill)

Photocopy of last report Card of the previous school (for admission in Class II and above)
