The History-Political Science Department of The Sanskaar Valley School organized an enriching educational visit to the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha, Bhopal, providing students with a valuable opportunity to witness democracy in action. The visit was designed to complement classroom learning in Civics by offering firsthand exposure to the functioning of the state's legislative institution. The students were warmly welcomed by the Vidhan Sabha official Mr. Rahul, who introduced them to the history, significance and architectural features of the Assembly building. During the guided tour, they visited the Visitors' Gallery, auditorium and the alley. He explained the roles of the Speaker, Chief Minister, Council of Ministers and Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs). The educational excursion proved to be an engaging and memorable learning experience, leaving students with a deeper respect for the democratic framework of Madhya Pradesh and India.
