Leadership goes beyond titles—it is about motivating and supporting others. At our school, students of Grades IV and V take on the responsibility of Class Representatives, embodying the values of Round Square.

Chosen by their teachers for their sense of responsibility, discipline, and helpful nature, these students act as role models and assist in managing class activities. During a special assembly, they are awarded badges that mark the beginning of their leadership journey, along with guidance in communication and classroom management.

This practical experience helps them understand the functioning of a student council while building essential leadership skills. To give every child an opportunity, the role is rotated each term, encouraging more students to step forward and grow as confident young leaders.
