Admissions For 2026-27
Unit of Enquiry

Date of Upload: 2026-03-23

Students from Grades 2 to 5 actively participated in the Unit of Enquiry, exploring the diversity of plants and animals and understanding our role in protecting nature.

*Grade 2:

  • Students explored different types of plants such as insectivorous plants, desert plants, and other categories through flashcards. Working in groups, they selected one plant, read about it, discussed its features, and completed a worksheet by drawing and writing about their chosen plant.

Learning Outcome: Students developed observation skills, understood plant adaptations, and enhanced collaborative learning.

*Grade 3:

  • Students learned about different types of animals based on their habitats—aquatic animals, terrestrial (land) animals, and amphibians. They completed a worksheet describing the animal’s habits, habitat, and an interesting fact.

Learning Outcome: Students understood how animals adapt to their environments and strengthened their research and writing skills.

*Grades 4 & 5

  • Students were shown a PPT on endangered plant and animal species around the world. They explored the reasons behind endangerment and discussed small, practical steps they can take to help conserve biodiversity.

Learning Outcome: Students developed awareness about conservation, human impact on nature, and their responsibility as global citizens.
