True leadership is not about holding a title but about inspiring and empowering others. At our school, students of Grades IV and V step into leadership roles as Class Representatives, embracing the values of Round Square. Selected by teachers for their responsibility, discipline, and willingness to support others, these students serve as role models and assist in class activities.
In a special assembly, they receive badges as a symbol of their role and undergo training in class management and communication with school leadership. This hands-on experience introduces them to the working of a student council and nurtures essential leadership skills.
To ensure equal opportunities, the role rotates each term, allowing more students to contribute and grow as young leaders.
