Grade 12 students of The Sanskaar Valley School visited Aasra, an old age home to foster intergenerational bonding and bring joy to the elderly. The residents warmly welcomed them, eager to engage in meaningful conversations and activities. Throughout the visit, students played interactive games, shared stories, and participated in musical performances, creating an uplifting and cheerful atmosphere.
A special cultural performance featuring songs and dances delighted the residents, bringing smiles and heartfelt emotions. The students also presented handmade greeting cards and small gifts as tokens of their appreciation and respect. Many students took time to listen to the experiences and wisdom of the elderly, forming deep and lasting connections.
As the visit came to an end, emotional goodbyes were exchanged, with both students and residents cherishing the time spent together.
