On 16th December, the students of Grade 5 went on an exciting industrial visit to Bake and Shake Factory, a renowned bakery in Govindpura, where they witnessed the entire baking process, from processing to packaging and storing. They saw firsthand the mixing and blending of ingredients, fermentation, baking, and packaging, gaining a deeper understanding of the baking and packing process. To make the experience even more enjoyable, the students got to taste fresh and delicious cream rolls.
This visit achieved several learning outcomes, including understanding the baking process, appreciating the importance of hygiene and cleanliness, and learners got to develop the two important skills one of Investigating Objects and Systems and second Digging Deeper into Ideas.
