"The children of today will make the India of tomorrow." – Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru"
The students of Grade 3E took a thoughtful approach to their assembly on November 12, 2024, with the theme "Disconnect to Reconnect – Cherishing Childhood." Through skits, the children conveyed the importance of limiting screen time and embracing real-life connections. The story centered around Kabir, a boy addicted to his phone, who gradually realized the joy of spending time with family and friends, playing outdoors, and exploring hobbies. His journey from virtual obsession to real-world happiness left a lasting message for everyone.
The assembly also included vibrant dance performances to Kar Har Maidaan Fateh and Bum Bum Bole, energizing the audience and reinforcing the idea of living life to the fullest. The children highlighted how balancing technology and real-world experiences is essential for mental, emotional, and physical well-being. The message of the assembly reflected Jawaharlal Nehru’s vision: “The children of today will make the India of tomorrow.”
After the performances, Manpreet Ma’am took the stage and extended her heartfelt thanks to the parents for their support and to the students for their efforts. She emphasized the importance of cherishing childhood through meaningful moments and encouraged everyone to embrace life beyond screens. The event ended on a joyful note, leaving the audience inspired.
