On October 25, 2024, The Sanskaar Valley School celebrated Wildlife Conservation Week with an engaging event focused on educating Grade 4 and 5 students about the vital importance of wildlife for our planet. The event was filled with learning, creativity, and enthusiasm, as students immersed themselves in the wonders of nature.
The event began with an informative session where students learned about the significance of wildlife and its role in maintaining ecological balance. The presentation encouraged students to reflect on their responsibilities as stewards of the Earth which was followed by Creative Collage Activity. Children participated in a hands-on activity: creating beautiful wildlife collages. Armed with twigs, leaves, and old newspapers, the students let their imaginations run wild. Each child expressed their understanding of wildlife through art, showcasing animals, habitats, and messages about conservation.
The event fostered a deeper appreciation for nature and inspired the young minds to become future advocates for wildlife conservation.
