Members of the Master Chef Club gathered for an exciting cooking session to learn and perfect a traditional Indian dessert—Shahi Tukda. Known for its royal origins and rich flavors, Shahi Tukda is a Mughlai delicacy made from fried bread slices soaked in thickened, sweetened milk, and garnished with nuts and saffron.

Members of the Master Chef Club were thrilled with the session. They appreciated the opportunity to learn how to make this intricate dessert and enjoyed the communal spirit of cooking together. Some members remarked on how the dish brought back nostalgic memories of festive occasions and family gatherings.
