In our exciting exploration of the Stone Age, Grade 5 students delved into the fascinating world of early humans by creating their own stone tools. Using materials available to them, such as stones, papers and natural fibers, students learned how our ancestors crafted essential tools for hunting, cutting, and surviving in ancient times. Through this hands-on activity, students gained a deeper appreciation for the resourcefulness and ingenuity of early humans. They also explored how these tools were integral to daily life, shaping the development of societies and cultures during the Stone Age.
