It was just yesterday when we finished writing our grade ninth year end examinations. As the New Year blossoms, we welcome it with sanguine faces and a pinch of tension lingering in the background. Stepping into Shikhar, we felt a wash of anxiety and fear for the boards later in the year which are often titled as ‘the crucial juncture’ of one’s school life. As the sun shined a little brighter and the cold of the morning crept away, we assembled at the turf. Here, we were introduced to our new Principal-Mr. Chandresh Shah who addressed the crowd with great hope to achieve another fruitful and memorable year at Sanskaar. After returning to our classes, we watched an inspirational video on the popular cricketer- Virat Kohli and his glorious journey to success. Later in the day, we attended a seminar wherein we were briefed about the internal and external examinations that were to be held in the future. The fear that we had experienced at the start of the day had now been replaced by a mixed feeling of relief and ease.
