A quiz – ‘IT Quizzards of Prangan’ on computer awareness was conducted for the students of grades II to V wherein, the basic concept of Computer Science was analyzed that how new technologies are playing an important role in computer science. The aim of this Quiz competition was to make students aware about Trending Technologies of Computer Science.

For Grades II & III, a quiz was conducted for the students in their class during Class Teacher Time and it was a thrilling experience for them. They were excited to solve the questions related to computer- a machine, parts of computer, basic computer abbreviations, famous IT personalities and IT general awareness.

For Grades IV & V, primarily, the elimination round was conducted where the students attempted the questions related to computer- short cut keys, general awareness, famous IT personalities, Internet basics, mental ability and computer abbreviations. The top two students were selected from each section for the final round. These students were divided into six teams named after different technologies (Byte Busters, Code Wizards, Logic Legends, Binary Brainiacs, Algorithm Avengers, Pixel Pioneers). There were six rounds of quiz – Mind Meld Round, Multimedia Round, Out of the Box Round, Code and Crash Round, Brain Blitz Round, Kahoot Round. It was a fun and learn event for both, audience and quizzers. The students answered challenging, technical as well as logical and computational questions in the quiz with great energy.
