On November 16, 2023, our school had the privilege of participating in the Round Square History Lab Online Seminar organized by the Junior and Senior School at Kogakuin University. This seminar brought together more than 200 students from various parts of the World to delve into the impactful topic of "The Impact of World War II on India."
Six students from grade 11, namely Aarushi Gupta, Aditi Tiwari, Aashana Pahwa, Shubhika Lal, Arosha Paliwal, and Tejaswini Chaturvedi, represented our school at the seminar. They actively engaged in discussions and presentations, specifically focusing on the profound impact of World War II on India.
The seminar provided a platform for our students to share their insights on the historical consequences of World War II, with a specific emphasis on its repercussions in India. The articulate delivery and well-researched content showcased the dedication and preparation of our students.
Apart from contributing actively to the seminar, our students had the opportunity to broaden their own understanding of the global impact of World War II. They gained valuable insights into how different regions around the world were affected by the war, enriching their historical perspective
The RS History Lab seminar proved to be an enriching experience for our students, promoting international collaboration and academic excellence. I recommend continued participation in such events to further enhance our students' global perspective.
