Competition in school is one of the most essential factors that contribute to the growth of the student while his/her tenure at the school. It develops in them a sense of responsibility and teaches them how to face the competitive world outside the school premises.They learn how to face the audience and speak on a topic on the spot. Keeping this in consideration English Extempore competition was organized on 8th August, 2023.

The extempore topics were a beautiful mix of common areas of today’s society where students could reflect well and express themselves confidently. The topics were selected grade wise to make the students comfortable to speak. It filled the students with excitement and zeal to be free to express themselves on such thoughtful topics. The students drew lots and got the topics on which they could speak for two minutes. The speakers delivered their speeches with a great deal of intensity and energy and were judged for fluency, content, and clarity. It was a keenly contested event with the best speaker award shared by three students one each from classes 6,7,& 8.
