“Leaders are not born they are made.”
If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader. The greatness of a leader is measured by the achievements of the led. The students in Grades IV and V have the option to lead their class as Class Representatives, which is truly inspired by the principle of Round Square, that is Leadership. Every student possesses the capacity for leadership. A student who helps the teacher with responsibilities including upholding discipline in the classroom and guiding the class through various activities is known as a Class Representative. They act as a role model for students. The teachers and class teacher of the relevant section make the nominations and selections. The representatives received badges during a special assembly. Students will receive instruction on how to manage the records for their class and provide comments to the Head of the Block during meetings. As a result, they gain exposure to how a student council operates.
Students will rotate through the Representatives each term, and new Representatives will take on their responsibilities.
