Van Mahotsav Week Celebrated At Prangan

In an earnest attempt to further lend a green touch to our lush school campus and sensitize students about their role in conserving it, the students of Prangan took part in various activities as part of Van Mahotsav week celebrations. Students of Grade IV participated in a plantation programme in which they planted saplings. It was an ideal opportunity to instill the value of social responsibility in students towards safeguarding trees and forests. The students of Grade V conveyed the message of saving the environment through assemblies and elaborated their expressions in the form of a mime too, where they portrayed themselves as trees to spread the message of keeping the environment clean and go green by planting more and more trees. The school also took an initiative to celebrate the festival of Van Mahotsava by distributing seeds of happiness to every Sanskaarian.
