Bread Dahi Bada Making Activity: Master Chef club

The MasterChef Club organized a fun and engaging cooking activity titled "Bread Dahi Bada Making" for its members on 17.4.25. The main objective of this session was to introduce students to a quick and innovative version of a traditional Indian snack—Dahi Bada, made using bread instead of lentils.
 
The activity began with a brief introduction to the recipe and its significance as a healthy and easy-to-make dish. Participants were divided into small groups and provided with all necessary ingredients including bread slices, curd, chutneys, and spices.
 
Under the guidance of the club mentors, students prepared soft bread-based vadas, soaked them in spiced curd, and garnished them creatively with tamarind and mint chutneys, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and fresh coriander. Garnish with pomegranate for extra flavor and presentation.
 
Overall, the Bread Dahi Bada Making Activity was a great success. It inspired creativity, encouraged healthy cooking practices, and left everyone with a satisfying and memorable experience
