“Are We Doing Our Bit?”
On the occasion of World Water Day, Class 5B presented a captivating morning assembly that beautifully blended creativity, performance, and a powerful message.
The assembly began with a delightful skit featuring Moana and her superhero and cartoon character friends who joined hands to help Prangan understand the importance of saving water. Their journey took a magical turn when Mother Ocean, Ocemara, appeared and thanked Prangan for her awareness. She then took an oath from Prangan—a promise to protect and preserve water.
This was followed by a poignant mime dance that portrayed how water is often wasted and what devastating consequences await us if we fail to act. The performance was both artistic and thought-provoking, leaving the audience reflecting on their daily water habits.
The assembly concluded with a powerful question posed to all:
"Are we doing our bit?"
The audience was truly spellbound by the students' heartfelt performances, and the thunderous applause that echoed through the auditorium was a testament to their admiration. It was a morning filled with inspiration, and we hope that everyone who attended walked away feeling uplifted and motivated to take meaningful steps toward saving water.
